Return Policy – Buy Feng Shui USA

At Buy Feng Shui USA, we strive to provide you with high-quality Feng Shui products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or need to return a product, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery to contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for a return.
  • Once an RMA is issued, customers have 20 days to return the product to us.
  • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
  • To receive a full credit, the returned product must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you decide you no longer want the product or wish to return it for any reason other than defect or an incorrect order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.
  • Buy Feng Shui USA Responsibility: If the product is defective or if we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately to receive an RMA and a prepaid shipping label.

Undelivered Packages Due to Incorrect Address

  • If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for a new shipment. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.

Non-Refundable Orders

  • Orders cannot be refunded once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately before it is shipped. Once shipped, all sales are final, except for defective products or incorrect shipments.

How to Request a Return (RMA)

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@buyfengshuiusa.com within 10 days of receiving your order to request an RMA.
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product.
  3. Receive RMA: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
  4. Return the Product: Ship the product back to us within 30 days of receiving the RMA. Make sure the product is securely packaged and shipped using a trackable method.

Important Notes

  • Returns without an RMA will not be processed and will be sent back to the sender.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping service and keep your tracking information.

Non-Returnable Items Policy

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, earrings, other intimate wear products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings or intimate wear items. Similarly, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
